harrylime: Gerald Emerick is a director, writer, actor, and composer. He has worked on numerous major motion pictures such as Being John Malkovich, Pleasantville, and Space Cowboys. His television work includes Everybody Hates Chris, Ally McBeal, and Married with Children. But his unique talents were developed as writer/director/composer on smaller independent projects such as Who’s Kyle? with Gary Oldman, Shams and Delusions, and numerous music videos and webisode projects. He was born in Philadelphia and grew up playing music and writing and performing songs. His work with his school friends in a punk band called Quincy eventually led to the biggest record deal in history for a new band with Columbia records. Musical endeavors led to staged performance art projects in New York’s East Village. For Gerald Emerick it’s all storytelling and entertaining.
